How to use Youth EssentiA Antioxidant Defence Crème:
1. Pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone with your preferred Environ Skin Care products. 2. Apply Antioxidant Defence Creme over or in conjuction with your reccomended Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serums 1-4 or Intensive Serum 4 Plus. 3. Use morning and evening.
