Excited to travel and widen her perspective, Helen has travelled, worked and trained all over the world. These experiences facilitated her understanding of active ingredients in both professional and retail products. It also led her to incorporate anti-ageing and advanced homecare procedures into the scope of her treatments and allowed her to fine-tune both her style of straightforward communication with clients and exceptional customer service.
Helen strongly believes in a problem-solving, uncomplicated, yet effective approach to skin care. Her ability to treat a wide range of skin care conditions such as acne, rosacea, pigmentation, sensitized and aging skin, or work with the individual who wants to enhance and maintain the look they have, make Helen an asset to her clients. Her combination of; modernised; treatments along with a recommended home care regime has kept them looking fabulous and coming back for years.

Deborah is an internationally qualified skin treatment therapist with 3 decades experience in the beauty and make-up industry. Over the years she has gained extensive experience as a skin treatment therapist and also tutored Beauty Therapy at Whanganui and Palmerston North University Collage. Deborah is results driven and caring, taking her clients on a skin and wellness journey with a personal approach. Being real and realistic, educating clients alongside her deeply relaxing treatments. Deborah maintains a high standard and remains current. She prides herself in offering the best, with a goal to bring exceptional service to you. “My mission is to find the best solution for my clients skin. Meet Courtney, our Clinic Coordinator. She is your friendly first point of call in the clinic, online with our webstore and on social media. With a decade worth of Customer Service experience and Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University specialising in Theatre, she is always excited to provide a customer experience like no other. Courtney’s journey with skinfocus started as a client with her own skin struggles. Cystic acne and acne scarring. The kind of skin condition that took control of her perception of herself and the way she interacted with others. “I felt self-conscious in my own skin.” It is through her journey with us that she discovered her passion for skin health. “Helping others take ownership of their skin conditions and ultimately aiding in that cultivation of self love within, is what I consider to be the greatest pleasure of my job.” – Courtney Trigg |
