Detox Tip 2. Blockers

So your body has it own mechanism to detoxify your body. Please read a previous blog ‘What Has Detox Got to do With Your Skin,’ to understand why you would want to detox to have great skin.

In an ideal world we shouldn’t need to help our bodies remove toxins. However, these natural detoxification processes are hindered by stress, poor diet, unhealthy eating habits, injuries, sleep deprivation and environmental toxins. Your body’s detoxification mechanisms such as the lymphatic system, liver and kidneys struggle to maintain the normal cleansing process required for optimal health. If you think your body struggles with riding you of toxins, then you may need a little help. One way of helping is something I discovered late last year, Patch-it.
