The point of these detox blogs it to try to implement each of them a week at a time.You should find it easier to create a habit for the long term this way, rather than trying to do everything at once, and failing. May of these ”Detox Tips” aren’t immediately rewarding, so getting into a good routine is key, then eventually you”ll reap the rewards.

So up to now we have 4 ”Detox Tips.” Refer back to these blogs to detox your body and have glowing skin.

Getting into good habits requires some planning. Here’s how your day should pan out if you have been following the past 4 ”Detox Tips.”

Get up – have a “Cleansing Drink.” You will need to have at least 4 lemons in your fruit bowl at the beginning of the week for this, so pop them on your shopping list. I hate having pips in my drink so I have a small sieve at the ready to strain the lemon through. If you’re pulverising the whole lemon, you won’t need the sieve.

Before your shower ”“ exercise or dry body brush (or both,) to stimulate your systems. Make sure your exercise gear is to hand and your body brush is somewhere in your bathroom where you”ll see it to remind you.Don’t make either your exercise routine or your body brushing too lengthy, otherwise this will give you an excuse in the future not to do it “or you’ll be late for work/school!”

During The day – drink plenty of water. 2 litres is recommended.Have a bottle that you can keep filling up. If you’re unsure of how much you’re actually drinking get a litre bottle for home and a litre bottle for work/school. If at the end of your day or working day you still have some in the bottle…..down it. You may find that eventually you become thirsty for 2 litres of water a day.

In the evening – try a detoxifying “Patch-It” and sleep with it on. This can be your little reward at the end of the day. Detoxifying, without even doing anything. How easy is that?
